Read moreWe remain firmly committed to providing the best eye care, but the current necessity for social distancing prevents us from carrying out our clinical work, so we have had to restrict access to the practices for now.
We are still able to order contact lenses (and can have them sent to you at home), and can offer guidance and help if you have any kind of eye emergency, including broken or damaged glasses. We can arrange a time for you to visit the practice if you need to collect anything or have a repair carried out.
Contact lens wear can continue if you are healthy, but please continue to follow the recommended wear and care instructions, which, of course, include thoroughly washing and drying your hands before handling, applying and removing lenses.
If you wear glasses, we recommend that you wash the frames and lenses with warm (not hot!) soapy water and rinse and dry them with a soft, clean, microfibre cloth at least once a day.
Our practice telephone numbers are still in use but the phone lines may not be manned all day. Any messages to our Facebook page will reach us, even out of hours, as will messages sent via the contact us page on our website. In an emergency, you can call us on 07564041817.
